About Izumi Koushiro
Izumi Koushiro is 10 years old when Digimon Adventure stars, and 13 when Digimon 02 begins. He fell in with the orginial 7, and first met up with Taichi whe he fell in the Digiworld. Koushiro is the brain one of the group, with a Digimon anylyzer on his laptop, that serves for giving information about Digimon.(No, NOT a computer geek. Just because he carries that laptop everywhere, doesn't mean he's a geek). I'm sure that without him, the Digi-Destined would have been dead by now.
In 02, Koushiro is 13, in the 8th grade, and too old to be a Digi-Destined, like Jyou.
Koushiro does have a starring role in the second movie, about Taichi and Koushiro trying to take out a internet Digimon.
In Digimon Adventure, Koushiro is rather private and uncomfterble with the rest of the Digi-Destined, but he grows more at ease with them later in the series.
Koushiro's digimon and his stages: Pabumon, Motimon, Tentomon, Kabutarimon, and MegaKabutarimon. He has yet to digivolve to the Mega level.
Koushiro lives with his foster parents in Odiba, and it makes it a little hard to get close to him, since he began shutting people out after his adoption. When he and the rest returned to Earth, his parents finally told him the truth.
Why I think Koushiro is good for Jyou: Koushiro needs someone who can take care of him and get him to open up. Jyou! And Jyou needs someone to help him with...stuff. ^_~ Koushiro!
